All inscriptions must be appropriate for public display and align with the mission and values of our organization. Submissions containing political, offensive, or commercial advertising content will be declined. All formatting, including spacing, punctuation, and alignment, may be adjusted to maintain consistency, readability, and engraving feasibility. Logo submission will receive a digital proof for approval before engraving. All brick purchases are treated as donations to PERUCAN-OH and are non-refundable.

PERUCAN-OH Brick-by-Brick Program

Visibility and Engraving Guidelines

1. Purpose
The Brick-by-Brick Program is a fundraising initiative by PERUCAN-OH to support the construction of the Peruvian Cultural Garden in Cleveland, Ohio. Each personalized brick purchase is a charitable donation and contributes directly to the realization of this community landmark.

2. Eligibility
Anyone may participate by purchasing a brick and submitting a completed form along with payment. Corporate and organization logos are permitted with prior approval.

3. Inscription Guidelines

  • Text is limited to the number of lines and characters as specified for each brick size.

  • All inscriptions must be appropriate for public display.

  • PERUCAN-OH reserves the right to approve, edit, or reject any inscription that contains inappropriate, political, discriminatory, or offensive language or symbols.

 

4. Logo/Image Submissions

  • Logos and symbols must be submitted in approved formats (JPG, or high-resolution PNG).

  • PERUCAN-OH will provide a digital proof for final approval.

  • Images must meet visibility and engraving guidelines.

5. Edits & Final Approval
PERUCAN-OH may adjust formatting (e.g., spacing, alignment, font size) to ensure uniformity and readability. Final brick layout is subject to PERUCAN-OH design standards.

 

6. Refund Policy
All brick purchases are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable. Once an order is submitted and approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

 

7. Placement
Bricks will be installed as part of the garden’s Phase I Entryway. PERUCAN-OH retains full control over the placement and installation timeline of all bricks.


8. Acknowledgment
By submitting your order, you agree to these visibility and engraving guidelines and the Disclosure Statement.
