His role as a Director of Customer Service was marked by Raul's consistent application of strategic planning to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through policy enhancements and process improvements. In addition to his professional experience, Raul possesses solid computer and technical skills, proficiency in languages such as Python and JavaScript, and expertise in web development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling him to create captivating websites.
