steve ischay

Steve, a native of Northeast Ohio with strong ties to PERÚ through his mother, who was originally from Miraflores, in Lima PERÚ. His father was in the marine services and served in the US Navy on a submarine. He's an IT sales professional, holds an MBA from Ohio State University, and is married to Casi Isachay, with a large family and three dogs. He recently joined the PERUCAN-OH board member and will be the MC host at the upcoming gala.

Luka y su ropa vieja

We are very excited to announce that the local band Luka y su Ropa Vieja will be playing at our event.  This is Cleveland's all-time favorite latin music band with followers and fans throughout Northeast Ohio. Our audience will enjoy dancing to their amazing repertoire and music genres, INCLUDING the latest Latin American hits as well as the classics, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reggaeton and Jazz.

Roland Medrano's Inspiring Story

We are honored to announce our distinguished keynote speaker for the upcoming Gala: ROLAND MEDRANO. Hailing from the vibrant city of Lima, Perú, Roland brings a wealth of experience and an amazing story of strategic growth. As the co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of La Mega Media Inc., in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh,  Roland has made significant strides in the fields of media, consulting, and entrepreneurship. He is also the driving force behind Regal International, a management and consulting firm, which emerged from his extensive career in international sourcing and supply chain management.

Roland's journey, from his early years in Lima to becoming a prominent figure in Columbus, serves as an inspiratiaon to us all. His dedication to business, community, and fostering growth aligns perfectly with our values and mission. We look forward to the insights and inspiration he will bring to our Gala, and the potential connections he will continue to cultivate within our community.

Notably, Roland's commitment to community engagement extends to his role as an Executive Board Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus. Here, he actively participates in the chamber's reinvigoration, integrating the Hispanic business community and contributing to Columbus' economic growth. 

We are thankful and honored that he accepted to address our audience during our event "COLORS OF PERÚ" on December 9th.  Don't miss the opportunity to meet him and listen to his message.
