What is the date and time of the “Colors of Perú” Dinner & Gala?
The Gala is scheduled for Sunday, December 9th, with cash bar cocktails and appetizers starting at 6:00 pm, and the event program at 7:00 pm. We advise guests to arrive a bit earlier to enjoy a welcome reception and ease into the evening's program.
Where is Colors of Perú being held?
This year's Gala will take place at TREMONT CITYSIDE BALLROOM, at 2187 W14TH ST. CLEVELAND, OH. The venue offers a splendid ambiance, ideally suited for our event.
Are there any dress code requirements for the event?
The event calls for formal attire. We encourage attendees to dress accordingly to enhance the elegance of the evening.
How can tickets be purchased, and what are the pricing tiers?

What types of entertainment and activities will be featured at the Colors of Perú Dinner & Gala?
The event promises a night full of entertainment for all guests. Steve Ischay, one of the Board members of PERUCAN-OH, will be the MC for the evening. Keynote speaker Roland Medrano, CEO of La Mega Media Inc., will share his inspiring journey in media and entrepreneurship. Raíces del Perú will showcase a show of ethnic dances, followed by dancing to the music of Luka y su Ropa Vieja, one of Cleveland's favorite Latin bands. The band will play a mix of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reggaeton, and Jazz. To top it off, a raffle and silent auction will be held, allowing guests to bid on unique items and adding to the cultural celebration of the night.
Is this a Cash-Only event or I can use my credit card to pay for my Drinks at the Cash Bar?
We highly recommend bringing cash to purchase your beverages at the Cash Bar; however, we will also have a card reader available for your convenience if you prefer to use your credit cards.
Will food and beverages be provided, and are there options for special dietary needs?
We will provide a wide range of food options and delicious drinks to satisfy all of our guests' tastes. During the Cocktail hour, there will be a variety of appetizers on display. The main meal will include carefully selected beef and chicken dishes, accompanied by tasty sides. Moreover, there will be a cash bar available, offering a selection of beverages, including our renowned Peruvian Pisco Sour, which we strongly suggest trying. For those who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, we can offer a Chef's Choice dish if notified by December 1st.
Is parking available at the venue, and is it included with the ticket?
Yes, ample parking is available at the venue. Please note that it is self-parking, ensuring convenience for all our guests.
Are refunds available if I am unable to attend after purchasing a ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with prior notification to the event organizers at least 72 hours before the event (by Dec. 6)
Are there opportunities for volunteering or contributing to the Colors of Perú Dinner & Gala?
